Prices

Prices are effective through December 2009. Items may be discontinued without notice.

Quantity Discount

If you order at least 100 units of most items, you receive a 10% discount on that item, unless otherwise indicated.

Mail

To order by mail, you can download a PDF file of our order form. You may pay by check, money order, VISA, Discover or MasterCard in US funds only. Do not send cash. All orders must be prepaid.

Phone/Fax

Call in orders between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., US Mountain Time: 1-505-891-2664. Our fax line is open 24 hours a day: 1-505-891-4320. Please include your credit card information when you order.

Online

Your credit card number and billing address must accompany your online order and will be encrypted for your protection.

Shipping and Handling

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery in the US, three to four weeks for delivery outside the US.

Expedited Shipping and Handling

Need it sooner? Call the WSO to have your order expedited (overnight or two-day). When you call, the WSO will let you know the actual shipping cost and will add an additional $10 handling fee. Expedited orders must be phoned in.

Shipping and Handling Fees for US Orders

• Up to $24.99 — $5.00
• $25.00 - $59.99 — 20% of order value
• $60.00 - $99.99 — 17% of order value
• $100.00 and up — 12% of order value
• Expedited service fee - $10.00 plus the actual shipping cost. Order must be phoned in.

Shipping and Handling Fees for Orders Outside the US

• Orders up to $20.00 — $10.00
• $20.01-$80.00 — $20.00
• $80.01-$500.00 — 25% of order value
• $500.01 + — 20% of order value

For Outside US Orders

The person or group ordering the literature is responsible for customs fees, duties and taxes. Provide a telephone number and e-mail address (if available) so local Customs officials and package delivery personnel can contact you after the shipment has cleared Customs.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please do so within 60 days of the date you ordered. Enclose a copy of the sales order, and tell us the reason for your return. Credit will be issued and must be used within 120 days. No cash refunds are given.

Translations

Many service bodies have translated OA materials into other languages, such as Afrikaans, Arabic, Dutch, Finnish, Flemish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Icelandic, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish.
