We apply the spirit of OA’s Seventh Tradition to our Shipping and Returns Policy. We aim to make shipping prices affordable yet self-supporting.
For any error associated with an order, the customer will pay all shipping charges if the customer has ordered the wrong item(s) or made any other error and wishes to make a return or exchange. Example: An OA member has ordered the Twelve Traditions Workbook but meant to order the Twelve Steps Workbook. If the OA member wants to return the wrong workbook, the OA member would pay return shipping plus the shipping for the correct workbook.
OA Inc. will pay any shipping charges in excess of the original shipping charge if OA or its carrier has made an error in order fulfillment or delivery. Example: an OA member has ordered For Today but OA has shipped the For Today Workbook. If the For Today book is being returned, OA would pay return shipping for the For Today book plus shipping for the For Today Workbook.
OA will offer refund or credit for returned items only if they are in brand new condition and suitable for resale by OA. Example: If the Twelve Step Workshop and Study Guide is returned in brand new condition with nothing written on it and no wear or damage to the cover, pages, or spiral binding such that OA could resell it, then OA will offer a refund or credit.
